When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, email address and — for delivery — your address and any instructions you give the driver.
We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep the site working.
Order details are used to prepare, deliver and support your order, and to send you the confirmation and receipt.
We use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which dishes are popular and to improve the site.
We do not sell personal information.
We share only what is necessary with the services that make an order work — for example a payment processor and, where applicable, a delivery partner.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
