By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot verify the contact details provided.
Prices and availability shown on the site may change. We do our best to keep the menu accurate.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, traffic and how busy the kitchen is.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If we cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the order may be treated as complete.
Allergen information is provided for guidance. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces.
If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Because food is prepared to order, an order can normally only be cancelled before preparation begins.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
